🏃‍♀️ NEW: Weekly Physio Sessions at the Club! 🏊‍♂️🎾

Got aches, pains, or persistent niggles? Starting Tuesday 9th, we’re delighted to welcome Laura from LMC Physio (BSc (Hons), MSc, MCSP, HCPC), who will be running a series of four informative sessions designed to help you improve performance, stay active, and reduce your risk of injury.

Each session will include practical advice and tips, followed by an opportunity to discuss your own injuries or concerns with Laura on a first-come, first-served basis.

📅 Session Schedule:

🔹 9th – How to Play Padel Until You’re 90
🔹 16th – Running Gait: Why It Matters and How to Improve It
🔹 23rd – Mobility and Strength Drills for Swimmers
