Rugby Gymnastics Club Gymnastics sessions for 18 months old to adult physical and psychological well-being.

Gymnastics is a disciplined sport involving a performance of exercises that require physical strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, and balance. Gymnastics is an accessible and inclusive sport that offers children of all ability levels and ethnic groups the opportunity to learn in a safe and fun environment. Gymnastics develops health, fitness and social integration and also contributes towards forming the basis for physical literacy by developing fundamental movement skills.

Following a review of the temperatures in the gym, we don’t feel we can safely run sessions this afternoon / evening. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
We anticipate that we will reopen tomorrow morning once temperatures have dropped overnight.

A week of incredible work compressed into 24 seconds!
The gym side of the new mezzanine wall is complete thanks to the hard work of Manor Interiors who have been at the gym at all hours of the day and night to get the job done! 🤘
We can’t wait to welcome our members back to their classes from tomorrow where you’ll definitely notice some changes around the building!
There’s still a long way to go with this project, but step one is complete! ✅
A big thank you to our members for being patient and understanding with us during this time - we can’t wait to make RGC the very best place for you all to be! 💙
