This weekend we’re holding our 2026 summer club championships! 😎 we have hundreds of gymnasts taking part from our general gymnastics and improvers classes, GG squads and artistic development groups and we can’t wait to see all of their fantastic routines! 💙 Good luck everyone! 🤘

A week of incredible work compressed into 24 seconds!
The gym side of the new mezzanine wall is complete thanks to the hard work of Manor Interiors who have been at the gym at all hours of the day and night to get the job done! 🤘
We can’t wait to welcome our members back to their classes from tomorrow where you’ll definitely notice some changes around the building!
There’s still a long way to go with this project, but step one is complete! ✅
A big thank you to our members for being patient and understanding with us during this time - we can’t wait to make RGC the very best place for you all to be! 💙

Rugby Rocks - the RAVE edition over and out! 🥳🎉🪩

WHAT A DAY! Fabulous gymnasts, coaches, judges and volunteers made today’s event simply awesome! 🤩
Thank you SO much to everyone who attended, we couldn’t have done it without you! We loved every second and we hope you did too! 💙

Big congrats to who became the Rugby Rocks Club champions for 2026, winning the trophy! You guys smashed it!

We’re not sure how we’re going to top this one in 2027, but we’ll do our best!! 😅
