I’d like everyone to welcome Louie Harrison to EMFiT. Louie is working towards her personal training qualification and in the mean time will be joining us to help build her confidence in a class setting. Louie will be taking over a Monday evening class - Circuits @ 6:30PM with more to be added in the future 👀🥊🏋🏼‍♀️
Louie is knowledgeable, approachable and supportive and can accomadate for a variety of levels.
