THIS is their first beginners pole class 👏

When people think about pole fitness, they often think about tricks, spins and strength.

What they don't always see is the community that grows alongside it ❤️

Every week at Phoenix Pole Studio, we watch complete beginners walk through our doors feeling nervous, unsure and wondering if they're "fit enough" to start.

A few classes (or minutes) later, they're cheering each other on, celebrating every new move, sharing laughs, and discovering they're capable of so much more than they thought.

Our Beginners Pole classes aren't about being perfect. They're about progress, confidence, and having a supportive group of people beside you every step of the way.

Whether you're coming on your own or with a friend, you'll always find encouragement, positivity and a warm welcome here.

Let me introduce you to our fabulous Beginner Student who very recently and bravely has done a bungee jump!!!

She is really enjoying the Beginners classes, starting a few weeks ago and attending regularly has really paid off. She is feeling stronger every week, but more importantly she is feeling more confident every week ✨️

I am excited to see what moves become her favourites and going upside down soon as it is a goal for her.

Huge congratulations on your jump, and your growing pole skills of course 👏 💯🎉

Our higher-level pole classes are for students who are at an Intermediate or Advanced level.

At Intermediate level they are developing their skills, aspiring to progress. Learning fundamentals of tricks and building their strength. They are growing their style and using their own confidence to hold moves.

At Advanced level they are proficient in tricks, have built strength. They know good technique and are all full flight standard. They are highly skilled polers.

I have a prerequisite of a strong basic invert without hands to join this class, and a handstand using the wa ll or pole.

Because polers should be using push AND pull remember 😆

I have spaces available this Sunday in our Higher level class, crash mats and everything you need for a fantastic fun packed pole session is provided.

Hi everyone 💫

I'd love to shout from the rooftops about this weeks student progression! Our fabulous Beginner Student who is really nailing she is learning quickly and is gaining confidence at every session, which is exactly 💯 what we want!

After her Sunday class said "Thank you so much for the lesson today! Had an absolute blast, bring on next week 😍❤️ "

Our Beginners Pole Class is really picking up now.
I'm pleased to say this Sunday class is now open for booking!
