I had an incredible deep tissue massage with Gui (Gui's massage) a couple of days ago. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. He checked my pressure preferences to make sure I was not in pain but that the massage was suitably strong enough for me. I have had deep tissue massages before but his was truly the best one I have ever had.
As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I put great demands on my body and came in with a lot of tension and stiffness. He targeted the exact areas I needed and gave useful after- care advice. I feel revitalised and have reduced muscle tightness.
