What an amazing day the Rockets community programme had at the Whitley Excellence Cluster Primary Schools Tournament held at Hartland High School on Thursday! 🏆

The children were absolutely fantastic throughout the event, demonstrating great teamwork, determination, sportsmanship, and enthusiasm.

Their hard work and effort were recognised with every child receiving a trophy – a well-deserved reward for their commitment and positive attitude.

A huge thank you to Hartland High School for hosting such a brilliant event and to their outstanding Sports Leaders, whose organisation, encouragement, and support helped make the day such a success.

Well done to all the children who took part – you should be incredibly proud of yourselves! 👏🏅

Today Rockets received their very first delivery of Slam Jam packs ready for the children for next term, and we honestly couldn’t be excited!

The team are busy getting prepared for lots of fun, laughter, learning, and energy-filled sessions ahead.

The children are going to absolutely love getting involved, and we can’t wait to see everyone building confidence, enjoying new activities, and having an amazing time together.

These packs are going to bring so much excitement to our sessions, and we are already counting down the days until we can start slamming and jamming with all of our fantastic Reading Rockets stars! 🌟

🏀♿️🚀Ever thought of giving wheelchair Basketball a try?
Rockets Wheelchair players and coaches will be running taster sessions on Saturday, the 16th of May as part of the Reading University Centenary celebrations. Come along to SportsPark anytime between 12 pm or 5 pm and test your basketball skills in a chair. Loads of fun to be had, free event what’s stopping you? ?!🏀♿️👍
