Huge shoutout to Donabel for absolutely smashing the London Marathon this weekend 🏃‍♂️🔥

Plus Cas and David for doing the virtual London marathon, which is a huge achievement running all that way by yourself.

From early mornings, long runs, niggles, and staying consistent when it wasn’t easy… this is what it all builds towards.

Well done to this summer! (She didn’t run dressed as a sunflower).

She came off the back on endure 24 so her first 5k was a little slower than normal at 33:43.

But overall the 8 weeks has managed to drop to 28:25, with some help from swim training for the London serpentine swim!

Well done!
