We are looking for a organised and reliable supervisor that leads daily floor operations, supports and trains team members and ensures fast, friendly service while keeping high expectations of the club.

โœจThe role includes:โœจ
โ€ขOpening and closing of the bar and premises
โ€ขManage shift handovers, and keep things running smoothly during busy times.
โ€ขGuide, train, and support staff.
โ€ขGreet guests, handle queries or complaints with a positive attitude.
โ€ขSet a high standard for service.
โ€ขFollow licensing laws, hygiene rules, and health and safety policies at all times.
โ€ขManage cash and the tills
โ€ขComplete accurate cashing-up reports at the end of a shift.
