Hello PEOPLE OF WATERLOOVILLE COMMUNITY!

Today I'm celebrating the refurbishment of Waterlooville Horizon

Ever since I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I've been totally committed to helping the people of Waterlooville & Havant achieve their fitness goals.

It's so common that people struggle with where to start in the gym and how to progress towards their goals after understanding the basics.

And I want to help.

To celebrate the refurbishment I wanted to do a giveaway for you lovely people.

My Goal Aim Is:
I want to help 10 lost gym goers create a plan of action so that they can go on to achieve their goals
I want to clear your mind of all the constant must and must nots / unnecessary faff that is pumped out of social media
And show you how to use our lovely new machines and where to get started.

So, I invite you down to Waterlooville Horizon for a free 60-minute Personal Training session.

(don’t worry, we won’t be working out for the whole time!)

What’s the catch? There is no catch.

I'm simply trying to promote awareness of my business in the local area by doing something for free for the community and if it's good, I hope you'll offer a review and perhaps tell your friends and family about me!

But of course, if you'd like to hear more about my Personal Training services, all you have to do is ask 😉

If this sounds good and you'd like the full details, comment "ME" on this post and I'll reach out personally to you.

PS. I only have space for 10 sessions in my diary!

PPS. I'm closing this giveaway on 7/9:26

Behind the smile, you never really know what someone is going through.

The first photo is how I’ve been some days recently. The second is me putting on a smile, getting on with my day and showing up anyway.

Recently, my biggest supporter, my grandma passed away and yesterday I also lost my giant African millipede — something that might seem small to some people, but was something I loved and cared for deeply.

Life has felt really hard lately, and I wanted to be honest about that.

There have been moments where I’ve cried between sessions, sat in the toilet on my breaks trying to pull myself together, and even had to cancel a few clients last minute because I simply wasn’t okay.

But despite all of that, I still want to show up.

I still want to be there for my clients. I still want to coach, encourage and support you, even when I’m having a difficult day myself.

So to every client who has been understanding when I’ve been quieter than usual, who has been patient with me when I’ve had to cancel, and who has still trusted me with your sessions while I’ve been going through a really difficult time — thank you. 🤍

Being a PT doesn’t mean I’m happy and motivated every single day. I’m human too. Sometimes life gets heavy, and sometimes all you can do is put on the fake smile, get through the day and try again tomorrow.

If you’re struggling at the moment too, please remember that you never truly know what someone else is carrying — and you don’t have to pretend that everything is okay all the time.

Thank you for bearing with me while I navigate a pretty difficult chapter.

I’m still here. I’m still trying. I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you. And yes that great white shark with blonde hair and braces is 14 year old me.

We’re are now 60 Pull ups in…
I decided to post the clips uncut to really show how much of a challenge this is, I had a rest day yesterday since my back has been in pieces and unfortunately I haven’t came back strong. I had to split the 20 into 5 sets as you saw there were points where I couldn’t physically muster 5 into one go.
But this challenge will never be as painful and as hard in comparison to a person or family dealing with cancer and that is what motivates me to push through and continue raising money for such an important cause. Knowing that there will be an end to my pain and suffering but unfortunately for some there is no end but donating can help change that.

Thank you for reading , watching , donating or sharing here to 250 more pull ups 🤍

310 pull-ups. 31 days. One cause that affects so many of us.

August marks the start of my 310 Pull-Up Challenge for Cancer Research UK.

I had a rest day yesterday, so today I kicked things off with 20 pull-ups!

I’ve set my fundraising target at £100, but I’d love to smash that. Every donation, no matter how big or small, helps fund research that gives hope to millions of people affected by cancer.

If you’re able to support me, I’d be incredibly grateful. And if donating isn’t possible, sharing this post means just as much. 🤍

Here’s to 310 pull-ups, a lot of sore lats, and hopefully raising far more than £100 by the end of the month. Let’s do this!

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page. I’m going to be taking on the 310 Pull-Ups Challenge this August to help raise money for Cancer Research UK. Please show your support and help fund life-saving cancer research by donating to my page. https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/rubys-giving-page-17102171

July has been one of those months that reminds me exactly why I started this journey.

Welcoming 5 new clients from the end of June into July, working multiple 12½-hour shifts over the last couple of weeks, and somehow still finding time to train for myself has been a whirlwind.

There have been days where my workouts and runs have been squeezed into a 45-minute gap between clients, lunch has been eaten on the go, and you’ll usually find me training in my work shorts, a sports bra and a T-shirt rather than a matching gym set with perfect hair.

But honestly… I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Ever since I was 14 years old, I’ve dreamed of helping people become stronger, healthier and more confident. To now call this my job is something I’ll never take for granted.

Behind every session is planning, programming, check-ins, learning, early mornings and late finishes—but seeing my clients grow in confidence and achieve things they never thought they could makes every busy day worth it.

Thank you to every single person who has trusted me with their fitness journey. Your support means more than you know, and I’m so excited for everything still to come. 🤍

Here’s to continuing to grow, staying grateful, and remembering that progress isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, even when life is busy.

I’m looking for 5 fresh faces in Havant & Waterlooville who are looking to get a fitness program that fits around their busy lives that aims to build and maintain muscle mass and bone density.
in the next 30 days!

If you’re frustrated by:

-Not having a clear plan of what you should be doing in the gym which means you’ll waste time on exercises you don’t need, ultimately slowing down your progress.

-Miss information over load from social media influencers telling you what you can and can’t eat what optimal rep ranges to do- just making you more confused.

-Doing the same routine over and over and not seeing results (10 minutes on the bike, 20 on treadmill rinse and repeat etc).

And would love to:

- Have a clear plan that removes the guess work and has you in and out of the gym faster than you think.

- Know exactly how hard you should be pushing yourself (or potentially pulling back and recovering more!) and why.

-Dedicate a minimum of 2 and a half hours to an exercise programme (1.49%) of your week.

Then this offer is for you, and I’d love to help.
Comment “INFO” below and I’ll explain the details.

Offer ends Wednesday 13th May
