We spend so much time worrying about what we see in the mirror… 👀

But what about everything going on underneath it?

Because in the world of fitness (and, let’s be honest, the general chaos of life 😂), it’s easy to get caught up in how our body looks.

But can it actually do the things you need it to do?

Can you put your shoes on without feeling like you need a recovery day afterwards? 😂
Can you get down to the floor and back up again?
Can you move freely without feeling stiff, creaky or restricted?
Can you trust your body to keep doing those things 10, 20, 30 years from now?

And, perhaps more importantly… do you actually know where your weaknesses are? 👀

That’s where my training starts.

We’ll work on strength, mobility and moving well — with longevity at the heart of it.

Because I’m not interested in just helping you look good in the mirror.

I want you to feel strong, capable and confident in your body for years to come💪

Getting back to routine isn’t boring. It’s human. And there’s a reason we crave routine.

Our brains love familiarity. Our bodies feel good with consistency. And when life gets a little chaotic, having a few things we can rely on gives us a sense of stability, control and calm.

And after a summer of late nights, holidays, meals out and a more relaxed schedule, getting back into your routine can feel SO good.

Not because every day needs to be perfectly structured.
Not because you need to be productive 24/7.
And definitely not because you need to “make up” for the summer.

It’s simply about getting back to the little things that make you feel good……… your workouts, your walks, regular meals, good sleep — the things that make you feel like you again ✨💪

And the best routines aren’t rigid. They leave room for real life, while giving you something to fall back into when things get off track.

So as summer comes to an end, don’t feel like you need a dramatic reset.

Just start with one familiar thing today.
Then another tomorrow.

Consistency isn’t about never getting off track. It’s about knowing how to find your way back 🫶

BFit’s Line Dancing Night #2 but this time we are taking it outdoors 🌅🌊

Grab your boots (or trainers!) and join me for an evening of line dancing by the sea at beautiful Canoe Lake.

Whether you’ve never line danced before or you’ve done it for years, everyone is welcome. It’s all about moving, laughing and enjoying a summer evening outdoors together.

One of the biggest misconceptions about barre? That you need to be a dancer.

You absolutely do not.

There’s no wafting around, no leaping, no turning and no jumping — and you definitely don’t need any ballet experience.

Barre takes inspiration from ballet but the workout itself is all about strength, control, balance and endurance.

It’s low impact, but don’t mistake that for easy. Those tiny movements have a habit of making muscles you didn’t know existed start talking to you 😅

So if the word Barre has been putting you and you thought you’d need a tutu and tights……this is your sign to give it a try.
