🧁ITS OUR BIRTHDAY🧁

6 years ago today I opened the doors to RC Performing Arts with 1 afternoon of classes. Mum & Baby, Pre-school dance & P1 dance. We now have 4 days of classes, 3 teachers, over 100 kids, do an annual show, ISTD exams, 2x competitions & more performance opportunities every single year!!

I’m so proud of RCPA and all of the kids who come to classes! Each child is unique, kind and a star in their own rights! A Big huge thank you to all of the parents who enrolled their children in my classes and take them each week to classes, rehearsals and put up with my long info emails 😂

It’s been amazing! And I can’t wait to see what the future holds! - We will be back to classes next week to celebrate!

📣 CHEER POM 📣

Super excited to receive my cheer Pom certificate this morning. I am now fully certified to coach All Star cheer Pom & we’ve all been loving classes so far!!

We’ve been working on our motion technique & learning all of the arm motions. Last week we began working on some T jumps and Toe Touches.

Can’t wait for another fun class tonight!!

I will have to wait a whole week to see these cheeky faces again!!

Just a reminder that we have no classes on Thursday, Friday or Saturday this week as we prepare for DCA comp on Saturday!!

Cheer Pom & Acro Skillson Wednesday are on as normal!

⭐️ THURSDAY NIGHT RACE NIGHT ⭐️

With Miss Heather away on holiday this week I enjoyed coming back to the Acro girls and challenging them to a race!! They’re super competitive … some more than others 😂

🤸🏼🎃OCTOBER EVENTS🎃🤸🏼

⭐️ October Holiday Acro Intensives

Miss Heather and I will be running 2 days of Acro Intensives for P1+ students at the Jubilee Hall, Portlethen.

Come along and enhance your Acro skills with 2 days of drills, strengthening, flexibility and of course tumbling!

Choice of days (Wednesday 21st or Thursday 22nd) or come along both days if you want extra coaching. 1-4pm £15 per day.

⭐️ Halloween Party - £12 per child

Come along to our annual Halloween Party at the Church Hall on Saturday 31st October 3.30-5.30pm.

Games, Crafts, Dancing, Snacks/Juice and more.

Halloween costumes encouraged - come along and then head out trick or treating afterwards!

⭐️ DANCE MUMS ⭐️

We had such a good time on our annual dance mums night out. This year we enjoyed dinner at Amarone and then out for some drinks and karaoke. Can’t wait for the next one!!

⭐️ MUSICAL THEATRE ⭐️

An all round singing, dancing and acting class for all ages! Our musical theatre classes build so much confidence within our students and many of them would let you know it’s one of their favourite classes!!

⭐️ TAP CLASSES ⭐️

Miss Becca’s favourite class is tap class and I’m so excited to be expanding our tap classes from Pre-school up to Grade 3. After our successful tap exam session in summer we are ready for some new challenges!!
