All our gyms welcome non-members to attend classes which are pay as you go with cash or card however you prefer. If you’re not sure how to book a class don’t worry, just come down and we’ll point you in the right direction 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

Today we say goodbye to a very special team member Sophie 🐉 🥲❤️‍🔥

Sophie has been an invaluable member of the team, starting as Front of House at Ware-House Port Talbot and working her way all the way up to the manager of our Black Edition site since we took it over the end of last year…

Now we wish her the best of luck as she moves onto a different career path, but we will miss her! Thanks for everything you’ve done for the Ware-House and don’t be a stranger 🥰
