You know how to lose weight, you’ve done it several times in the last few years

Your issue is maintaining the weight loss and not regaining it

Chances are, you probably need a coach more for maintenance than you do for dieting

But everyone always leaves their coach when they hit their goal and then you end up regaining all the weight

Losing weight and keeping weight off require two different things

You arent a failure if you keep regaining the weight you’ve lost

You just dont know how to maintain properly

Over 2 stone down just in time for the shoot🔥🔥

Nic is someone who is relentlessly consistent

Shes been in the team just over a year now

Since the day she joined shes just got sh*t done

Fitting everything in around her family and finding time for herself was the biggest struggle

Once we sorted a routine that worked around her lifestyle she was away to go

Nothing crazy

Nothing stupid

A daily movement goal

A nutrition target that worked around breastfeeding and dieting

A goal of 3 sessions a week

And then rinse and repeat

Fair to say the physical results speak for themselves

Couldn’t be more proud of how hard shes working

From regular drinking and no structure to nutrition to healthy habits and a consistent routine

Meryl is 2.5 stone down in under 6 months🔥🔥

We started off with some simple goals

Turn up to train 3 times a week
Eat 3 meals a day
Protein in every meal

That was it

We didn’t need to over complicate things

We didn’t need to run before she could walk

We slowly built out a routine that works for her lifestyle, improved nutritional habits and started training consistently

And once we had the foundations nailed, then we ramped things up

We started tracking calories
We pushed training harder
Cut out alcohol/take aways for a few weeks

And the results are flying in

This is only the start for Meryl

Shes got some big goals shes wanting to work towards over the next year

And we’re super excited to be supporting her through that journey💪🏼

2 stone down and theres no slowing down yet🔥🔥

Maisie joined the team summer last year wanting to feel more like herself after having a baby

Pregnancy and motherhood is such an amazing experience that changes your life forever

Theres so much to navigate through in motherhood

And when you don’t feel lien yourself it can make that journey feel even harder

Maisie wanted to feel like her again from a physical standpoint

So we got to work on how we navigate the new normal amongst the chaos of having a family

The biggest thing being that perfect no longer exists and we have to be able to work around the sleepless nights, illness and general last minute changes

Fast forward to now and shes over 2 stone down and feeling the best shes ever felt

Shes lost even more weight since the shoot and is still working towards some pretty big goals

With her first hyrox sim coming up very soon

Excited to see the progress she continues to make these next few months💪🏼

Diabetes, pregnancy, child loss & recovery..

Some transformations are all about the physical change and thats ok but this, this is so much more

When Louise first joined the team back in 2023 the goal was simple

Lose some weight while managing her diabetes in order to get pregnant in the future

Then the goal switched to maintaining health through pregnancy for as long as she could and of course she took some time out to celebrate the birth of her newest arrival

But thats where things changed

Louise and her family went through the toughest heartbreak you could ever imagine and unfortunately lost their little boy Rory

And after a few months of navigating grief she reached back out to rejoin the team but this time it was all about managing her grief and mental health

Earlier this year Louise committed to the shoot as a way to give herself something to work towards and celebrate her strength in such a difficult time in her life

The goal was never about having abs

Being as light as possible

Or fitting into a certain clothes size

It was sheer survival

Because her little boy Joel needs his mammy🥹

The road hasn’t been perfect

And we never expected it to be

But every day she gets out of bed and gives it her all, and thats all we can ask for

And I wish I could scream and shout from the rooftops about how proud I am of Louise for never giving up

Life has been impossibly hard in the most cruel of ways but shes never given up

For me, this is what coaching is all about

Transforming womens lives and giving women something to hold onto when life gets incredibly hard

So the next time you decide that now “isn’t the right time” to prioritise your health or your wellbeing

I hope Louises story is your reminder to squeeze your little one a little tighter and do it for them even if you cant do it for yourself

Because every child deserves a healthy and happy mammy☺️

Oh and just to add, when I say our team is filled with inspirational women this is the real sh*t I mean

Everyday women, dealing with real life problems, never giving up and doing their best every day regardless of what they face👏🏼👏🏼

Just shy of 3 stone down as someone who used to hate training..

Not bad if we do say so ourselves🤷🏽‍♀️

Lauren joined the team wanting to lose some weight and feel better in herself

Back then, she didn’t particularly enjoy being in a gym and she was nervous about training in group sessions

To the point where she actually joined with her sister-in-law because she wouldn’t come alone

Less than a year later shes one of our most consistent girls in the gym

She loves training and getting stronger every week

Her running is flying

Shes almost 3 stone down

AND she completed a photoshoot

Something she strictly told us she’d never do👀

It’s kinda like what we do here is perfect for anyone who’s new to training, hates the gym but still wants to make a change

Almost like our sessions are perfectly designed to focus on progressing and having fun and letting the results work for themselves

So if you’re ready this thinking old Lauren sounds exactly like how I’m feeling right now
