Hi, I’m Gillian 👋

I’m a Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience as a physiotherapist, and I’ve been running my business for the past 10 years.

I offer both group classes and 1:1 sessions, tailored to support all ages and abilities — from 18 to 80+. I also specialise in prehab and post-operative Pilates, helping you prepare for surgery and recover safely and effectively.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or simply move and feel better, I’m here to help.

My approach combines clinical knowledge with mindful movement, so you can feel confident, supported, and stronger in your body.
