Poole Bay Pilates Small and enjoyable odyssey Control Pilates in Ashley Cross, Poole. Over 20 years teaching experience. I specialise in small, personalilsed Pilates classes.

I will help you to improve your posture, back and tummy strength and show you how you can incorporate Pilates into your daily life to gain maximum benefits. I use my 21 year experience of pilates and fitness classes to create interesting and varied classes. What ever your reason for joining Pilates I will endeavour to help you realise your goal. These are some of the lovely Poole Bay Pilates crew. We are a very friendly lot and welcome new people to our classes in Ashley Cross and Lower Parkstone.
All my classes are signed up for a term of 6 or 7 weeks (depending on school term length).
I support you through your time in my classes and give you FREE access to my library of recorded mat classes for you to practice at home.
The new term starts 6th January 2026, which gives you time to get revved up to join us.
I also offer 1-2-1 and duet reformer classes. Work at your pace with NO monthly commitment costs. Happy for 'pay as you go' clients.
