I’m so excited to share that from Monday 28th September, I’ll be starting a weekly Pregnancy Yoga & Pilates class at Breathe Wellness Studios in Poole. 🌿

Pregnancy is such a beautiful, transformative time, but it can also bring so many changes — physically, emotionally and mentally.

My aim is to create a warm, welcoming space where you can take an hour just for you and your baby.

We’ll move gently, build strength, breathe and connect with our changing bodies and take time to relax. There will also be plenty of opportunity to meet and connect with other mums-to-be who are sharing this special journey. 🤰✨

You don’t need to have any previous experience of yoga or Pilates. Whether this is your first class or you’ve been practising for years, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

Hey friends! I thought it was time for a little reintroduction for new and current followers!

I’m Rachel & I teach Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Fitness Fusion, Mat Pilates, and Yoga Nidra - mostly trained in Canada. I’m all about helping you feel good in your body and mind because we all have a purpose and so much potential to tap into ✨

When I’m not teaching, I’m usually dancing (with my baby, not in a club anymore!), listening to music, chatting about all things spiritual, exploring with my family, or snowboarding in the winter.

The art of relaxation.. how often do you to it?

On Saturday I gifted myself a well overdue spa day with a lovely friend of mine and it was simply magic ✨ I could have stayed there longer but who wouldn’t want to?! This was the first full day (except when working) I’ve been away from my daughter in 11 months 🤯 and it was very much needed. I love being a mum but that not only who I am. Some time to relax, reflect and simply just be me!

Movement is Medicine ✨

Movement is not just about shaping the body — it’s about coming home to it...

Throughout pregnancy and postpartum I found it mentally challenging not to be able to move my body as I could do pre -pregnancy. But as I practiced patience and willpower, over time my body began to change allowing me to do more and more. But the time had to be right.

When we move, we awaken our life force. We stir up stagnant energy, release tension, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been silent for too long.

We think of movement as mainly providing physical benefits but there is so much more on the flipside…

Spiritually, conscious movement becomes a form of meditation — a way to embody being in the present moment. It grounds us in the now, drawing our awareness out of busy thoughts and into the rhythm of our body and breath.

Movement is a way to feel empowered, rooted, and reconnected!

The Summer Revival retreat offers more than just movement. In our Pilates class, not only will you build power but you will flow with the music of summer, you’ll leave the session feeling lighter, stronger, and more you.
