Pro-Life Gym Memberships provide full access to the gym, over 50 classes per week and the spa facilities. We opened our doors in June 1990 and haven't looked back since.

Our facilities include:

- Fully refurbished weights area including new flooring and brand new Cybex equipment
- Cybex Expressway
- Spa facilities including Japanese Hot Spa, Sauna and Steam Room
- Complimentary inductions, training programmes and diet/nutritional advice
- Over 40 group exercise classes each week

⚠️ SPA UPDATE ⚠️

To allow us to install a brand new boiler system, our full spa area will be closed tomorrow until 4pm.

As many of you know, Prolife operates some of the longest spa opening hours around. While that’s great for our members, it also means our facilities experience higher levels of wear and require ongoing investment and maintenance to keep standards high.

We’ve now reached the point where a new boiler system is needed, and this upgrade will help us continue delivering the spa experience our members expect.

We appreciate your patience while the work is carried out and look forward to welcoming you back into an even better spa environment from 4pm onwards.

£14 gets you a lot round here. 👀

From Monday 1st June, our day passes will be £14.

Two floors of gym facilities. Panatta, Cybex and Hammer Strength equipment. A sauna, steam room and Japanese pool bath. Plus Life Kitchen for your post-workout coffee, shake or bite to eat.

Not a bad way to spend your day. 💙

Although when memberships range from £25-£39 per month with unlimited access… you might want to have a wee think about that one. 😉

Our outdoor HIIT classes have been going off lately… so we’ve added another one to the timetable 👀

Starting Monday 1st June, we’ll now have a 45 minute HIIT class every Monday at 6:30am.
