Pro-Life Gym

Memberships provide full access to the gym, over 50 classes per week and the spa facilities. We opened our doors in June 1990 and haven't looked back since.

Our facilities include:

- Fully refurbished weights area including new flooring and brand new Cybex equipment
- Cybex Expressway
- Spa facilities including Japanese Hot Spa, Sauna and Steam Room
- Complimentary inductions, training programmes and diet/nutritional advice
- Over 40 group exercise classes each week
- Creche
- TRX Suspension Frame
- Powerplates
