They don’t appear often, but we have space on Monday morning, Wednesday evening and Friday late morning and afternoon for somebody looking to get started with Personal Training.
Our packages are custom built around you, so you can pick the number of sessions per week, and all PT clients get access to 5 of our classes each week, including weightlifting fundamentals, conditioning and team workouts.
