This picture makes us so proud, not just of the physical change, but of the journey behind it. 🥹

Rachael first reached out to us a year ago looking for 1–1 coaching. After a chat, she decided to give our group training a go 💛

With guidance on her nutrition, training twice a week with us, and the odd cardio class (that she secretly loves 🙈🤣) she’s completely transformed her lifestyle.

Rachael has gone from a size 18 ➡️ 12
14½ stone ➡️11 stone 🙌

But more importantly, she’s built consistency.

And that’s what gets results.

She still trains with us twice a week in our female-only PT group and has no plans to stop, because this isn’t a phase anymore, it’s her way of life now. 💪

Without a doubt, the hardest thing I’ve ever done 🥹

The pain cave hit hard after 13 miles. My knee went, my back went but I didn’t. I just kept reminding myself why I started 💙

I completely underestimated it, definitely not just a walk in the park 🙈

And I had the best team from the gym right there the whole way, honestly made all the difference 💪

Crossing that finish line made it all worth it. Finishing with Lauren and Ross, and seeing the kids there 🥹
Although slightly gutted they ran straight to their sister and not me 🤣

For the past 6 years we’ve been helping women grow stronger, more confident, and more capable through our Achieve Female Group Training 💛

Training in a group environment has so many benefits. You’re surrounded by women who encourage, motivate and support each other, which makes showing up that little bit easier on the days you need it most.💕

Strength training is one of the most important things you can do for your body. It helps build lean muscle, improve bone density, boost metabolism, increase energy levels and support overall health. It’s not just about looking stronger, it’s about feeling stronger in everyday life. 💪🏼

Our sessions are designed to help you learn proper technique, build confidence in the gym, and challenge yourself at your own level, all while having a laugh along the way. We work hard, but we have a lot of fun doing it too. 😊

The results we’ve seen from these groups over the years have been unreal, and we’re so proud of every woman who has trusted us along the way. The transformations you can see are just a few examples of consistency, hard work, and trusting us and the process.

We train twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays with 5 different time slots available, making it easy to fit around work, family life and everything else you have going on.

Where do we even start with this amazing client 🥹❤️

Chloe is one of the most dedicated, consistent and hard-working women I’ve ever had the pleasure of coaching.

When Chloe first came to the gym, she felt lost. She was the heaviest she had ever been, struggling with PCOS and really unhappy within herself. She didn’t need a quick fix, she just needed support, guidance and a plan that actually worked for her life.

So that’s exactly what we did.

We set calories that were realistic and sustainable no starving, no stupid diets. Just habits she could stick to. We focused on small wins, like increasing her steps (which was a big change for her!) and building consistency.

18 months later, she is a completely different woman 🥹

Yes, there were blips. Yes, there were breaks. But sheer hard work and determination got her here. And just to be clear, no weight loss jags were involved in the making of this transformation 🫡❤️

We’re not done yet either.

Chloe now strength trains twice a week in our mixed groups, eats her protein, tracks her food and walks daily. Most importantly? She’s happier and more confident within herself.

We absolutely love working with you Chloe. Thank you for trusting us, for always making us laugh, and for making us so proud every single week ❤️
