A beautiful morning in this wonderful building coaching rope climbs

If ever there’s a good time to start something it’s with lighter mornings…..getting up just gets easier.

Today’s we went deep in to foot clamps and common errors even rope climb ninjas can work on. The first class was quieter than usual……BUT…..

The second class ….as always.. turned in to a party….just a whiff of a birthday and the tutus and hats appear 😂😂

Celebrating spinning another lap of the sun…..i often remind myself this amazing mum and medical professional came via a cancer rehab programme and has been getting super fit and having fun with us ever since.

44. Dad. Busy.

Fitness had slipped… like it does.

But at some point you start thinking—
how do I want to feel at 50?

For Daz, it started with one hour.
6:45–7:45am.

Coaching. Structure. Consistency.

9 years later, he’s still going.

Now he’s fitter, stronger—
and refusing to be the dad on the sidelines.

Longer days, lighter evenings… and the consistency didn’t drop 👏

A huge well done to the 54 members who hit 15+ sessions in April and earned their place in the Committed Club. As routines shift and life gets busier, this is where discipline really shows — and you all stepped up. 💪

Special shoutout to Adarsh and Ste Feeney, taking joint 1st place last month — an incredible effort and a serious standard set at the top! 👏🔥

Off the back of an exciting CrossFit Open & Quarterfinals season, it’s been amazing to see members carry that momentum forward — building on performances, chasing new goals, and stacking more PBs along the way.

April is that bridge month… where the hard work continues, the weather improves, and the temptation to skip creeps in — but this crew proved that progress stays the priority.

Let’s take this momentum into May and keep the standard high. 🚀

Different ages. Different starting points. Different goals.

But one thing in common…
they showed up and did the work.

Body fat down ⬇️
Muscle up ⬆️
Confidence growing week by week

Not because it was easy…
…but because they stayed consistent when it mattered.

They trained.
They made better choices with nutrition.
They leaned into the support and accountability around them.

And this is what happened in just 6 weeks.

No extremes.
No magic fixes.
Just real people putting in real effort — and getting real results.

Friday in Oldham hit different today ☀️ 18 degrees and we made the most of it.

Ergs outside. Tunes loud. Energy high.

Friday nights = a HYROX sandwich
4:30 & 6:30 CrossFit sessions bringing it either side 💪

Whether you doubled up or just hit one class… the atmosphere was unreal.

Hero workout “Gwen” 🔥 + a savage HYROX session to top it off.

This is what Friday nights are about.
