Starting Tuesday 9th June, we'll be running two sessions per week:

Tuesdays & Thursdaysβ¨β° 3:45pm β 4:30pmβ¨π₯ Two groups available (the same weekly session will be delivered on both days)

Our Youth Sports Strength & Conditioning programme is designed to help children develop the physical and personal skills that will benefit them both in sport and everyday life.
πΈ Build discipline, focus and a positive work ethic through structured training sessions that are coach led.
πΈ Develop speed, agility and coordination using drills that replicate movement patterns commonly found in sports.
πΈ Improve strength, balance and athleticism through age-appropriate exercises designed to support long-term athletic development.
πΈ Enhance confidence and resilience by encouraging children to challenge themselves in a supportive environment.
πΈ Promote healthy habits and a positive attitude towards exercise whilst ensuring sessions remain engaging, enjoyable and rewarding.
All sessions are delivered in a safe, fun and progressive environment suitable for young athletes of all abilities.
π₯ Each group will be capped at 16 participants.

βͺοΈ Sessions missed by participants cannot be carried over.β¨βͺοΈ Sessions cancelled by the gym or coach will be credited or carried forward.
