There are so many things we take for granted when we’re younger.

🛏️ Getting out of bed without aches and pains.
🚶 Moving freely through everyday life.

Mobility isn’t the sexiest topic in the fitness industry, but when you lose it, pain often takes its place.

Working alongside Guy Rogers | Physiotherapist to help Roger manage his pain has been a great example of what’s possible with the right approach.

He’s not completely pain-free yet, but just look at the difference in his movement. Progress isn’t always about eliminating pain overnight,sometimes it’s about getting your life and confidence back, one step at a time.

Congratulations to Rebekah Johnston who has smashed it this month .

Stronger, fitter, sleeping better, and more confident than she has been in years.

But what she is most proud of is staying consistent without becoming obsessed. No guilt. No all or nothing. Just showing up and building something that actually lasts.

Her mindset around food has shifted. She is lifting heavier than she expected. And she is eyeing up the Wild Hybrid.

Her advice to anyone thinking about joining? “Go for it. You won’t regret it”
