Nottingham Summer Games 🚣💚
On Thursday, Jeff and Martin, alongside Imogen from British Rowing, introduced over 180 Year 7 students from 18 Nottingham schools to the sport of rowing at the Nottingham Summer Games.
After teaching both the teachers and pupils the basics in just 10 minutes, everyone took part in two exciting six-minute relay races, with plenty of enthusiasm, teamwork and fun on the ergs.
It was a fantastic opportunity to introduce so many young people to rowing and showcase our sport to schools from across Nottingham.
A huge thank you to Jeff, Martin and Imogen for delivering such a successful event and inspiring the next generation of rowers.
