A Team of ladies that compete in White Water Raft Racing across Europe. We established in 2019

Tough first 2 days of racing for us this week, with an unfortunate call back in our second sprint run yesterday resulting in an unexpected extra raft carry/scramble on the rocks and a tough first round draw against a strong Czech boat in todays RaftX, however we have paddled well with some good lines and pushed all the way to the finish.
One more day of racing to go with slalom tomorrow evening starting around 16:00 CET.

Now that the team have recovered (I think!) from the World Cup in Pau, it is back to training ready for the European Championships in Bosnia...in just 2 weeks time!

Day 1 of racing at the United Rafting World Cup in Pau saw us on the podium with Bronze medal in the Sprint. Great course, with fast water and a lot of features, looking forward to RX tomorrow, an event we haven’t tried before.

2026 Update....
So we haven't really posted since the high of Malaysia but we are still here 😆
Unfortunately, we had a little setback just weeks before selections (Beth decided to injure her back/neck), which meant she wasn't available to race. Thankfully, Emilyfrom the U23 team was able to 'double' race allowing the team to still be selected for this year's racing.

Thanks to , Beth is getting back to fitness for our 1st race of the year, World Cup Pau. On Tuesday (21st April) the team will be heading over to France to race in the new United Rafting Race series.

2025, what a year! This year has seen countless hours spent training on our home course in Nottingham, becoming IRF European Champs in Bulgaria taking home a clean sweep in all 4 disciples and rounded off with a fantastic week in Malaysia for the IRF World Championships taking home our first World medals with an overall silver, H2H gold, and Slalom silver!
Not sure how we can top it in 2026, but we are excited to see what the new year brings and all the memories that will undoubtedly come along with it!
Massive thanks to everyone that has supported us this year and enabled us to race at both international events!

With this year's World Rafting Championships coming to an end, we have had a fantastic week surpassing any expectations we had as a team. In Bosnia last year we came 8th overall, this year we have been pushing a podium place in all 4 disciplines and have been feeling strong as a team.
Sprint : 4th
H2H : 1st
Slalom : 2nd
Downriver : 4th
Overall : 2nd

Today saw us turn our hand to Slalom racing as event 3 at the World Championships. We had a solid first run, one of the best first runs we've done, we found ourselves sitting in 2nd place behind a strong Indonesian team.
When we got onto the water for run 2, the rain had started and the river was slowly rising. By the time we started our run, the levels had changed considerably to our first run, rising 50cm in 15 minutes. Mother nature was in our favour with our first run counting leaving us claiming our second medal of the week, with silver in slalom.
