Great morning’s work with the kids today. Warm up, high box jumps with a couple PBs included, med ball throws, a little assault course to Disney soundtracks and then ending on everybody’s favourite - the Kettlebell Target Game.

Current champion Rosie looking to defend her title against Lottie and little sister Poppy. Rosie had won the previous two editions of the game up until now.

After a strong showing from all three girls with some spectacular shots - we crowned a new champion in Lottie! After managing to get the tennis ball stuck in the handle of the kettlebell on one particular shot.

We have a position open for coach focused on our youth classes.

The coach will have the opportunity for to work with the next generation of athletes from 4-8, 8-12 and teenagers

We have recently gone through significant growth with our members and have doubled in size in 6 months.

We are focused on ensuring kids can progress and push themselves in a safe environment whilst ensuring good mechanics are kept.
