This year’s theme is 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 on Su***de. For us, that means making it easier to speak, listen and connect someone with support before crisis.

Ocean Davies and Arthur Brown, two local lads from Leeds, are running 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘’𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧 𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗛 𝗥𝗨𝗡 on 𝗦𝗘𝗣𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵 to raise money for The Mental Shift C.I.C. and If U Care Share Foundation 💚

With both lads having first hand experience of mental health, they are putting their all into this 𝟮𝟭.𝟭𝗞𝗠 distance from 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘 𝗧𝗢 𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗𝗦, with a 50/50 split between two fantastic charities! 🙏🏼

It was amazing to meet the man himself, The Moston Strangler, Leo Evans last week!

Having sponsored Leo for quite awhile now, we made the time to pop down to Stealth BJJ in Oldham to find out more about 𝗟𝗲𝗼’𝘀 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗠𝗔, his dedication to 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵, and 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗺!

We have opened volunteering roles for our new 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠, in Newcastle Upon Tyne!

Do you want to make a difference? Have you got skills to put to use? Or simply just a few hours spare a week? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂!

Our roles are flexible with full training provided, as well as regular supervision and opportunities for progression! And you can go home happy that you’ve helped make a real difference… 🙏🏼

Night TWO out on patrol for our new Newcastle Welfare Team… it was a quieter one with it being a Tuesday night, but we were still able to support those in need! ✅

We will be back out 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔𝗬 from 𝟭𝟭𝗽𝗺, supporting those who may be in emotional distress or vulnerable due to intoxication or drug use…
