Established in 2011, our aim is to become Wales’ premier events company and provider of guest speakers and sporting memorabilia. Our events are tailored to provide you with a once in a lifetime opportunity to meet your heroes up-close, across Wales and the West’s premier venues. We are also able to supply many of the leading sporting speakers and entertainers across the UK and abroad and have rece

ntly exclusively promoted tours with rugby legends Sir Colin Meads, Wayne “Buck” Shelford and David Campese. Our other passion is fundraising and supporting local charities – giving something back is really important to us. We raise a lot of money for charities through auctions and raffles and by supplying memorabilia on a sale or return basis for charities to auction at their fundraising events. We have a huge range of authentic sporting memorabilia, including most recently, official WRU products. We look forward to you enjoying all that The Events Room has to offer.

Arise Sir Kevin Sinfield.

We are absolutely delighted to hear the news that Kevin Sinfield has finally received his Knighthood in the King’s Birthday Honours.

In addition to his sporting career, the recognition for raising millions of pounds for charities tackling motor neurone disease (MND) is richly deserved.

Humility, friendship and dedication at its finest.

Super Kev in every sense. 👏

After all the buzz and excitement leading up to the Fifa World Cup, it’s finally here.

For the first time in the tournament's nearly 100-year history, it will be jointly hosted by three countries - Mexico, Canada and the United States.

The opening match starts this evening in Mexico City on 11 June, with the final in the US state of New Jersey on 19th July.

From ‘Three Lions’ to ‘Vindaloo’ - football’s biggest party is about to commence.

We recall some great memories in the company of World Cup footballers Kevin Keegan, Stuart Pearce and Graeme Souness.

Enjoy the ride!

Wonderful to hear the incredible words of Lewis Moody on BBC Breakfast this morning.

This man is an inspiration after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) after noticing weakness in his shoulder while in the gym.

The cruel disease currently has no cure and over half of those with the condition die within two years of diagnosis. In recent years, it has claimed the lives of rugby league icon Rob Burrow and former Scotland international star Doddie Weir.

Lewis has now announced he is taking on an incredible 500-mile, seven day cycling challenge in aid of the late Weir's charity, the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation (MNDF).

An amazing thing to do in the midst of his own heartbreaking battle.

You are a true hero in every sense.

Yesterday was a proud moment for ourselves and the Fijian Rugby Union as they officially launched the countdown to the historic Nations Championship fixture against Wales at Cardiff City Stadium on 4th July.

Fiji Rugby's visit to Wales is about more than eighty minutes on the pitch. It's an opportunity to celebrate rugby's ability to connect nations, strengthen relationships, create new opportunities and showcase the very best of Welsh and Fijian culture.

What stood out most was the incredible support shown by everyone who joined the day's media call. From partners, sponsors and stakeholders to media, rugby supporters and members of the Welsh and Fijian communities, it was fantastic to see so many people coming together behind what promises to be a truly memorable occasion.

The countdown is now officially on!

More news on our exciting partnership and match day hospitality offerings to follow. Watch this space.
