Lovely sunny run this evening
Some people bring speedy, some looping and chatting, some just relaxing their legs after the weekend and the Swansea half..
But everyone enjoyed 😁🥳

Well done everyone on our 3,4 and 6 mile Pandy Clock Plods tonight. A nice gentle shakeout as many of you are racing on the weekend. …. and we even managed to miss the showers too! 😊

It’s our favourite day of the week you’re in the very capable hands of Lisa Haines this evening

As it’s race week for many of you we’re being kind so the routes is Rhydycar to Castle down Brecon Road through Pontmorlais and then down past dominos. The 3,4 and 6 miles will go to Tramroad south, top roundabout Hoover and bottom roundabout of Hoover and then back to Rhydycar!

Global Running Day is a worldwide celebration of running that encourages everyone to get moving. It doesn't matter how fast you run or how far you go-what's important is that you take part, and how you do it is up to you. Run a lap around the block, jog your favourite trail or challenge a friend to a short walk-run workout. The important thing is that you have fun being active and you inspire others to join you 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️ 🌍 💜
