If you ever wonder why anyone joins a running club… this is why. ❤️

This weekend our runners were off doing all sorts — different terrains, different distances, different challenges and, quite frankly, some questionable decisions 😂

We’re all different speeds, we have completely different goals and some of us take running very seriously… while others are just delighted to have made it out the front door. 🤣

But the one thing that unites us?

We’ve got each other’s backs.

Those who weren’t running were out marshalling. Those who were running were encouraging everyone else. People were cheering, supporting, congratulating and generally making sure nobody felt like they were doing it alone.

And THAT is what a club is. ❤️

It’s not about being the fastest.
It’s not about running the furthest.
It’s not about smashing PBs every week.

It’s about finding your people, turning up, having a laugh, getting it done and having a whole load of people genuinely chuffed when you do well. 🥰

So if you’ve been thinking about joining us…

STOP THINKING. JUST COME. 😂
