One of the best parts of being an instructor giving out well deserved belts. Members showed true grit and determination to achieve top mark’s and show the highest standards.

As we all know it’s going to be another hot week class is still on.
Again we will slow the class down and have plenty of drink breaks please once again wear something comfortable.
