Bakewell came flying out of the blocks and took control of the game from the very start!
5’ — A Jade corner caused problems in the box, with Millie firing home into the top bins to open the scoring.
13’ — Great build-up play from the back found Millie, who threaded a perfect ball through to Poppy. She rounded the defender and calmly finished into the bottom corner.
33’ — The same combination linked up again, with Millie playing Poppy through to slot home her second of the game.
35’ — A corner from Poppy was deflected out, but Alana reacted quickest and crossed the ball back into the box for Millie to finish brilliantly into the side netting.
40’ — Another dangerous run from Poppy forced a defensive deflection, falling kindly to Claire who made no mistake with the finish.
🔵 Half Time - 6-0 🔵
50’ — Becca added another with a brilliant long-range strike from outside the box, assisted by Poppy.
52’ — Alana burst through the defence with a superb run before slotting home into the corner, following a pass from Becca.
63’ — Millie grabbed another goal after being set up by Alana.
73’ — Alana got her second of the game, finishing well from a Poppy assist.
