People often think yoga classes are all silence, seriousness, and perfectly held poses… 🧘‍♀️

Then they come to my class and realise there’s wobbling, laughing, the occasional “wait, which side did we just do?!”… and absolutely zero judgment 😄

Yes, we breathe deeply
Yes, we move mindfully
But we also don’t take ourselves seriously 🫶🏼

Because sometimes the best kind of yoga classes is the one where you leave feeling lighter in body and mood

There are yoga classes, and then there are yoga classes in a vineyard, in Kent, where the air is fresher, the views are better, and the mind is quieter.

Amongst the vines, enjoy a gentle vinyasa flow class designed to stretch the body, steady the breath, and quieten everything else for a while.

Afterwards, enjoy a guided tasting of three Balfour wines.

A shuttle bus runs from Marden station from 9:30am, with arrival from 10am.

I took on another .uk challenge a couple of weeks ago. We took 13 minutes off our time, which we were proud of but wow it was tough 😥

I learnt 3 key lessons
1. It takes practice to feel comfortable being uncomfortable- trust the training and keep pushing 🏃‍♀️
2. Choose your partner wisely, thanks for pushing me and dominating the farmers carry 💪
3. Never put jelly babies in your pocket as fuel without some kind wrapping 🍬

An overdue introduction…

I’m Hannah, a Yoga and Reformer Pilates teacher. I’ve been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for the past 5. I still love learning and growing every day.

I hold my 200-hour yoga teacher training qualification, as well as a specialist pre and postnatal certification with a Yoga Alliance certified trainer, so you can feel confident you’re in safe, knowledgeable hands. More recently, I also qualified as a Level 3 reformer Pilates instructor with Pilates Union.

I’m truly passionate about wellbeing and believe that movement is for everyone, whether you’re a total beginner, a gym lover, or someone who’s not yet their thing.

My classes are designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and supportive, a space where you can move, breathe, and take time for yourself without any pressure.

I specialise in:
•Vinyasa flow yoga, perfect for beginners & improvers)
•Pregnancy yoga for expectant mums
• Postnatal yoga for new mums & babies
• Mixed ability Reformer classes, for first timers and those who want to push a little harder.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me with my family, out on a dog walk, grabbing a coffee, or squeezing in a gym session.

You can find me teaching yoga classes in Marden, Headcorn, Biddenden as well as Reformer Pilates at Poize Studio in Marden.

Enjoy a morning of wellness with an energising yoga practice, relaxing meditation and a delicious brunch with outstanding views of the Kent countryside.

8.30 - 8.45am Arrive and settle in to the beautiful surroundings

8.45 - 10am Energising yoga flow and a blissful guided meditation

10.15am Enjoy a delicious brunch of either a Full English or Continental inc. yoghurt, fruit, granola and fresh pastry, all served with your choice of hot drink

Suitable for beginners and improvers, no yoga experience necessary.

The yoga will take place outside. Brunch will be served indoors.
