A short benched Rage ended the season with a respectable defeat against league champions

Finishing the 1st period trailing 2-0 gave Rage some hope going into the second, however, tired legs got the better of us and the score line drifted away from us.

Bubble player Owen Collinson with our only goal of the day unassisted.

That draws our season to a close.

Player of the Game was #35 Liberty Collinson for her outstanding display in between the pipes.

Rage take the points in what was a very tight game.

Resilience from Fury saw them fight back after conceding the first goal to taking the lead on 3 occasions. Rage tied the game at 4-4 and the balance shifted in favour of Rage. An empty net goal sealed the victory.

Both our Nemesis teams go head to head tonight in their penultimate games of the season.

It should be good fun as the, what has been an immensely positive, season comes to a close.

As we’ve said before, seeing the development of both teams this season has filled us with pride.

Fury come away with a narrow loss this evening. Pushing ever closer to that first point of the season. A solid display of hockey saw a flurry of goals from Fury in the 3rd but it wasn’t enough to overcome the Rams.

Onto the Nemesis Derby next where they meet Rage in the penultimate game of the season for both teams.
