Last North Gloucester race weekend of the season and its been a great season. It sees the end of my CB500 as next year I will be on a new bike. This weekend we tried to promote the charity ride as much as possible and picked up some donations during the weekend.If you have donated Thankyou very much we really appreciate every pound raised for this charity.
Many thanks as always to Cameron Green for your continued support and hard work all weekend.
Thankyou to Bob for travelling to track for the weekend and your support and donations to the charity.
Thankyou to Ian Elsam who is on holiday this weekend to ensure he's fit to ride for the charity event.

Well the weekend will go down as eventful. It started off with the absence of Ian Elsam due to not feeling race fit.He was on sick leave instead of holiday. It's always quiet without Ian. We carried on only to be visited by Betty who took all the camps gazeebos and reduced them to a pile of scrap.Cameron Green had to leave during the storm due to his tent wanting to be flatter than it should be and all contents sodden. Fortunately all data collected on the Friday by Cammy, came in handy as me and Wendy soldiered on alone . Saturday was a washout as high winds still didn't allow us on track until late afternoon when some made a practice few laps . Sunday we woke up to bright skies which was good as no one had any shelter and everyone worked out the backs of their vans.Everyone made do and race day got underway.A few red flags throughout the day and someone had to be airlifted offtrack and so the day closed after all afternoon sessions being cut to 6 laps only. I'd like to thank Ian and Cammy for their continued help and support and I am looking forward to the last race of the season at Cadwell..

After a great day yesterday we went to bed only to be visited by storm Betty in the night.Gusts up to 60mph. We managed to save our gazebo but others were not so fortunate.A lot of money lost during the night but everyone on camp is staying positive.Big thanks to Cameron Green that worked so hard on the bike yesterday to get everything race ready. Unfortunately Cameron and Alex had to leave in the early hours after no sleep and dangerous conditions in the tent.What started off to be one of the best weekends turned bad as Betty worked her stuff..Still winds of up to30mph plus but still hopeful at some point over the weekend I may get a race in.

The weather turned out a little wet on track today but still managed a fourth. It felt a bit sketchy out on track as I had to swap to the wet bike that hasn't been ridden since breaking my collar bone.

Big Thankyou to Cameron Green for all your help this weekend.Working relentlessly taking sprockets off and on the bike to achieve the best results.
