💥 IT’S WARM… BE SAFE! ☀️

Even when it’s warm, we can still move, adapt and engage—linking our sessions to summer sports in fun, safe ways. We’ve even slowed things down with activities like walking kickball and rounders -give it a try! 🏃‍♀️🌞

Some halls can get very warm with little or no air conditioning, Some fields have zero shade so we take shade inside and cool down in the breeze outside 😂

… so we’ve been using plenty of common sense, keeping movement relaxed, taking regular water breaks, and making sure everyone stays comfortable.

Stay cool, have fun, and remember… we’re not melting… yet! 😅💛
