We are so excited to get started and educate the younger generation that fitness IS FUN 🙌🏻🎉

We want to show them that keeping a healthy lifestyle, keeping fit and looking after your mental health is an important key when it comes to their wellbeing.

Classes this week are as follows:

Wednesday - Boxercise
Thursday - Bootcamp

All classes involve circuits, boxing, fitness games, fitness challenges and much more!

What is Family Fitness?

Family Fitness is a fun way to work out as a family, encouraging teamwork and working together to achieve a common goal. Classes will be fun and energetic throughout and will include workouts such as:
- Circuits
- Boxing
- Fitness Races
- Fitness Competitions
- Fitness Games
And much, much more! Book your package first, then book your families spot :-)

What is the age range?

Our age range for Family Fitness starts from 5yrs up to 15yrs.

How to book your spot

Click the link below which will take you to our booking site.

You will firstly need to pay for you package, for example, one adult one child.

Once paid you will select the class you want to book on and add two spaces (or how many of you there are) and use your package that you bought, which will be come up in the cart.
