Thanks for everyone's effort. We could enjoy the activities and finished the tournament in time. After the tournament, we went to Tai Wu for lunch ,K2 for singing songs in the evening and Tai Wu for midnight meal. Hope it would be a good memory between us. If you can send the photos you took on that day to me, that would be great.Thanks

First, I'm here to thank Ben,Geoff, Kevin, Kin, Mark,Lightz, Richard, Suhail and Wesley for joining the tournament this Sunday. Second, please let me know as soon as possible if you want to join us, and there are a few seats left. Third, we would meet at Sugden Sport Centre at 9:00am; you guys have 30mins for practising and there is a draw for this tournament. See you there.

Hi mates, the internal tournament was postponed to this Sunday 13th of May because some guys hadn't yet finised their examination.The table tennis tables at Sugden that are available this Sunday 9:15am-12:15am. I'm here to invite you and your friends to join the tournament. Please register here or text me within these two days. The entrance fee is £3 per person and the maxium is 16 ppl to join the tournament.Thanks!

Hi there,
Please kindly note that the coaching session is changed from this Saturday morning to this Sunday morning 9:15am to 11:15am, only this week. Sorry to cause any inconvenience because I have an examination on that day. I appreciate you if you can spread the message to your classmates who don't have the facebook.

To play this stroke, stand close to the table and take a stance facing the line of play.
Using a medium stroke, your racket arm should move forward and slightly upwards in the direction that the ball is to travel, whilst your free arm should point towards the ball to assist with your balance.
The racket angle should be slightly closed, and by keeping a loose wrist you can impart topspin as you move your arm forward.
Hit the ball at the top of the bounce (i.e. when the ball it at its highest point)
