🌙 FLOATING SOUNDBATH | WEDNESDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER 🌙

Midweek reset, anyone? ✨

Join us at Hotroxx for a beautiful evening of swimming, sauna, stillness and sound.

🌊 From 5.30pm - arrive and enjoy a swim or dip in the lake, followed by time in the sauna
🧘‍♀️ 7pm - settle onto the water for our floating soundbath
☕ Hot drink + snack included

Come early, take your time and make an evening of it. Swim, warm up, slow down and then let the sounds of the soundbath carry you into complete relaxation.

A little midweek escape to leave you feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded. 🌿
