With all the advances in technology... AI updates, and lifelike content being created,
AI can now write programs, build out nutrition protocols, generate lifelike content and almost run a full business.
So is it still important to be a great coach?
In my opinion, it’s more important than ever.
Here’s why.
People are already getting sick and tired of bots and AI content.
Social media is a cesspit to the point where people think everything is fake.
More and more people want real human connection, real experiences, and simple old-school methods.
That’s why being a great coach matters more now more than ever.
It will be in higher demand.
The gap between top tier coaches and bottom feeder coaches will grow bigger.
AI will make bad coaches even lazier.
Their service will drop.
Their content will get worse.
And eventually, they’ll get found out.
Because if you rely on AI, sooner or later you’ll have to show up in real life and deliver.
Picture this;
You use AI to build your business.
It creates your content,
Your programs,
Your nutrition plans.
At some point, opportunities will come your way that will require your expertise.
If you’re not ready, you’ll get found out.
If you haven’t done the reps, if you don’t understand programming, nutrition, or behaviour change, then when the big opportunity comes your way, you’ll s**t the bed.
That’s why it will pay off more than ever to build real a real skill set as a coach.
Now you’re not just competing with bad coaches. You’re also competing with AI.
And both are easy to beat if you focus on being human.
Be present.
Genuinely care are about people.
Build a real connection.
Bring energy.
Be emotionally intelligent.
Those are the skills that set you apart.
And that’s what we teach at ECA.
The ECA certification is not just about learning nutrition or training methods.
It’s just as much about your personal development as anything else.
That’s the difference that makes the difference.
And that’s what will set you apart as a coach.
