The gym is available to use by anyone at any time, group class membership includes use of the gym at any time and memberships and day passes are available without having to join the classes. 🏋️‍♂️

It started off with a punch bag, rope and a few kettlebells!... Some pics from the very beginning of the gym back in 2012-2013 and present day, quite a transformation!

A reminder as always that group class members can also use the gym weights and cardio areas at any time and the gym can be used by anyone without having to join the classes, monthly membership and day pass/drop in available.

This week's hall of fame. 🎥💪💪

Congratulations to Shannon Stewart who is the latest winner of our annual 12 week accountability challenge which runs from January until March with a 23lbs fat loss and a significant drop in inches from her waist (7.5 inches) and hips (4 inches) and never missed a class throughout the whole challenge, well done to Shannon! 🏆🏅

Second place is Anita Bell who also did very well with a vast reduction of fat loss and inches from her waist and hips. Anita is getting married later this year so a great start to the year! Well done to everyone who took part! 👏

A reminder that body composition tests are taken throughout the year and not just on challenges so anyone wishing to make a start and get a better understanding and develop a healthier relationship with the difference between fat loss and weight loss please send a message. This is for both group class, gym members or even the general public for a drop in. 🏋️‍♂️

A reminder that the week ahead is the final week of our annual New Year/ Spring accountability programme, body composition tests will be taken throughout the week. Good luck to everyone involved!

Also just to let anyone who has recently joined the gym and either do the group classes or use the gym facilities by themselves that body composition tests are taken by request throughout the year and is included with the membership,the tests are a great way to measure progress and separates what is stored in the body regarding body fat, lean body mass and water retention and much more reliable rather than what the weighing scales say plus gives accurate calculations on what calories/ macronutrients are needed for specific goals. If anyone is interested, please ask at the gym. 🙂

Our annual January to March 12 week accountability challenge has commenced, it's a great way to get back on track if feeling sluggish after Christmas or plan to look and feel good for the year ahead or events planned, holidays, weddings etc. Body composition tests are being taken this week and will be taken again at the halfway point mid February and at the end of the challenge at the end of March. Good luck to everyone involved. 💪🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♀️🏋️
