The Richie Berry Cup is a race to the furthest Eastern pole and back to the Lynmouth harbour slipway.

Prizes for the Fastest Male Swimmer and Fastest Female Swimmer.

Our first open sauna session will be this Wednesday 12 August and what better day to kick off than the day of the eclipse!

Booking will be open on our website from tomorrow (but you can also bring cash on the day or if we have a tech glitch!). There’s plenty of room so turn up, enjoy the vibes and Blacklands will be swimmable throughout the session.

Lynmouth Sea Sauna has been built as a community project and we can’t wait to see you all there ❤️

You may have noticed a new addition to the far end of the Foreshore in Lynmouth, next to thecoffeeshackbythesea and Blacklands Beach.

Yes finally after 4 years of trials and tribulations Lynmouth gets it's first Community Sea Sauna, for public use.

We hope to have the Lynmouth Sea Sauna up and running by the first week of August, but first we have some work to do to get it ready and pass Health & Safety regulations, so please bear with us during this period.

You will be able to book online and there will be local discounts and memberships available. Details will follow soon.

Monies raised from the Lynmouth Sea Sauna will go into improving and enhancing sea based activities for Lynton & Lynmouth.

Meanwhile here is the forthcoming website address where you will be able to book Sauna sessions, once we have the booking system online. Memberships will be available on a limited basis, so if you are interested in utilising the Sauna please go to the website and email us your details.

THE LYNMOUTH SEA SAUNA is finally coming to Lynmouth Foreshore.

After much fund raising, begging, kind donations and a charitable local investor we are finally going to get a season long Sea Sauna for all to use.

The 10 berth wood fired glass fronted barrel sauna will be up and running by the end of July 2026 with online booking.

Special local loyalty cards will be available as well as membership, details to follow soon!

Meanwhile here is the website holding page which will go live with bookings once we are fully tested and signed off for H&S and fire regulations etc.

Huge thank you to all who have supported us especially Lynton & Lynmouth Town Council, Lynseals, Lynmouth Sailing Club, Sea Sauna and all who have supported us through this difficult journey, you all made it happen.
