sn**ched his elusive Sub 4 with a 🥈 AG, 4th overall in 3:58 🤩 amazing!

continues his fantastic form for 🥉 AG 💪🏼

is building back but still got a top 10, 9th AG

had the race of his life with a huge PB of 4:48 😃 Plenty more to come…

🇨🇭 70.3 Rapperswil-Jona

finished 9th in his first ever 70.3 just a month after getting a TT bike and being a swimming beginner. Ran a 1hr22 off the bike to get his roll down slot for WC in Nice ✔️ 🇫🇷 🎟️

🇺🇸 70.3 Omaha

got his first AG trophy to finish 5th and also claim his slot for WC in Nice 🇫🇷 ✔️ 🎟️ We know how much this means…

🇬🇧 Blenheim Weekend Warrior

took the Female WIN 🥇

🇬🇧 Dorney Tri

finished 🥈 AG, 10th overall in 2:04

🇬🇧 Cotswold 113

had a solid race to finish 41st in 4:37 📈 onwards…

🇨🇳 XTERRA Night Run Suzho

finished 4th overall in this fun event

Yet again we are blown away with these results and it really does make us so proud when you deliver when it counts with a “no quit” attitude: the Rioter spirit.

Our seller season 2026 season continues… 🤩

🇬🇧 Outlaw Half Nottingham

had a magic day to clinch the Overall Female WIN 🥇 only 8 month postpartum 🦸‍♀️ and first race as a new Mum. Just incredible! 4:17:07

lined up for her first Tri in a few years and had a great day to finish 3rd AG, 8th Overall with the fastest run 🥉 Plenty more to come - watch this space! 4:24:54

had a tricky day with things not going to plan, but the no quit attitude got her through to finish 4th AG, 10th Overall in 4:24:54 💪🏼 You’ll be back champ!

🇬🇧 Outlaw Half Relay

joined and to form an epic team and clinched the WIN 🥇 👏🏼 Nicely done guys 😏 always classy!

🇨🇳 70.3 Shanghai Chongming

battled the heat to finish 4th AG, 16th overall in 4:17:46 👏🏼 We know you’ll be back for redemption 😈

🇬🇧 Green Belt Team Relay

and his team took on this two day stage race to finish 28/64 teams in 28:28:32 👏🏼

Really great job everyone… we’re super proud of you all. So many important lessons from digging in when it’s not your day and making that finish line no matter what! The ups and downs are what makes this sport so sweet. We’ll always be on your ride with you 🎢

9 started, 9 finished ✔️

clinched her first AG WIN 🥇 and 15th overall to finish in 5:12:46 🏆 FAB!

didn’t even let 3 broken ribs deter her from starting and romping home to 2nd AG 🥈 3rd Overall but faster running split than last year when she won 🤩 4:50:51 She’ll be back next year for sweet redemption 😈 Hard as nails ✊🏼

Coach and took on this mammoth challenge on a blue bird day in The Lakes and came out all smiles in 6:24:57 (PB) and 8:58:34 respectively 💪🏼 Nice one lads!

Love this time of year where the hard graft starts to pay off and show in race results 🚀 It is our pleasure supporting you all and seeing you shine out there on the race course.

Another weekend rolled around and whizzed past again with Rioters toeing yet more start and finish lines around the globe 🏁

🇪🇸 Mallorca 312 🚲

& took on the 167 together and finished strong in 7:55 which bodes well for 70.3 Mallorca 🌴

& took on the 312 and finished respectably in 12:28 and 13:53 respectively 🫡 nice one lads!

🇮🇨 Volcano Triathlon Lanzarote 🌋
triathlete_ had a solid “home” race for him to finish 5th AG in 2:18:51 👏🏼 roll on 70.3 Mallorca 💪🏼

🇨🇳 Ironcube 70.3 Guangde

is loving his China tour and had a super strong race to finish 6th Overall in 4:18 💪🏼 amazing!

🇬🇧 London Marathon 🏃‍♂️

debuted London and unfortunately had one of those tough days. He still made that finish line and clinched that 🏅 in 4:18 🫡

🥇 M E D A L M O N D A Y 🥇

Ooooooosh! Another fun weekend of tracking Rioters return to racing with smiles on their faces 😃 The comeback is *always* sweeter than the setback 😈

🇪🇸 70.3 Valencia

returned to racing after a looooooong journey back to her Pro Debut and finished in 04:21:54 and 14th Pro 🤩 What an inspiration!

also returned to Tri racing with a fantastic race to WIN her AG in 04:50:17 🥇 🏆 and sn**ch the token for Nice in the process 🇫🇷 🪙 Just amazing!

These two incredible ladies showing how the lowest lows can lead to the highest highs in this crazy sport if you believe, work hard and remain positive even when it seems impossible ✨ Their partners helping make this possible too - so respect to & too 🫡 Dream Teams!!

🇮🇨 Challenge Gran Canaria

braved this tough race in the heat to finish 10th Pro 💪🏼 onwards…

🇺🇸 IM Texas

completed his rodeo in his shiny new suit in 11:25:05 which may not be his best result, but he didn’t give up ✊🏼

🇬🇧 London League Westcroft Sprint Aquathlon

had a tricky lead in to this race so got round it well, and more to come this season for sure.

🏅 M E D A L M O N D A Y 🏅

Mega Medal Monday today… Four of Coach athletes were in action.

🇲🇦 MDS

Two Rioters braved this past week and came out of the desert victorious, with those converted medals in hand 🏅 💪🏼

It was third time’s a charm for and first time lucky for ! 271K of gruelling back to back stages through the Sahara desert 🏜️ but they did it 🙌🏼 🥲 Just incredible guys. Huge, huge respect 🫡

🇮🇹 Milan Marathon

romped round Milan to nab a huge marathon PB of 2hr39 which is amazing 🤩 Even more so when you factor in her training for Tri now - not just a pure runner anymore… 😏 Watch out season 🔥 👀

🇫🇷 Paris Marathon

took on her inaugural stand alone marathon and completed it in a respectable time of 3hr52 👏🏼 well done!

Really encouraging results all round and we’re just getting started… Watch this space - Rioters are coming for you 2026 Season 😈 🔥 🏆

⛰️ A L T E A 2 0 2 6 ⛰️

Our fourth year here did not disappoint! The weather was a *little* mixed, but plenty of hay was made whilst the sun shone… Tons of solid training banked with the best group of humans 🫶🏼 laughs a plenty too!!

Rioters are a different breed and we feel mega fortunate to help support them to become the very best athletes they can - not just as their Coach, but as their friend too.

Our Riot Women are hard as nails and have progressed nicely over the winter, and it’s looking like another stellar season ahead 💪🏼 🔥 🏆

Our Spring training camp is a super important foundation for a solid season ahead, and a huge thanks to our epic partners for adding extra sparkle: , , and 🙏🏼 ✨
