We are focused on delivering amazing results and body transformations, through our 3 pillars: exercise, healthy eating

and accountability. Our Private Gym based in Loughborough provides 1-2-1 Personal Training, Semi Private Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching and Online Coaching.

85% of our client base consists of business owners, self employed, management, professionals and stay at home mums. We help provide you with a fully coached service by personal trainers and nutritionist in a supportive none judgemental, friendly environment, with a community of like minded individuals, who are looking to get some time back for themselves and invest in their health and fitness. I'm Nick Wardle the owner of the company, my ambition is to help as many people as possible improve health & fitness and maintain this change through their lifestyle. Body Transformation Centre is striving to become a UK leader in coaching healthy lifestyle body transformations. Tortilla protein quiche✨

1 whole wheat tortilla
3 eggs
150g cottage cheese
40g lighter cheese (Cathedral city lighter used here)
Chopped cherry tomatoes
Red onion-tbsp
Spinach-tbsp

• Place tortilla in an ovenproof dish, pour in eggs, add cottage cheese and mix.
• Add chopped tomatoes, red onion, Spanish and cheese
• Bake on 170 until cooked through ( approximately 20 mins)
• Divide into 2 portions
•Serve salad or fresh green veggies

Super simple recipe for you to follow. High protein quick and easy persimmon smoothie.

250ml unsweetened almond milk
100g persimmon (‘sharon fruit’)
50g frozen banana
25g vanilla flavour whey or
plant-based protein powder
10g cashews
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug.
Blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.

SERVES 2
