Mon: 6:00pm - 7:15pm (fundamentals of Muay Thai, pad work based Session
Wed: 7:30pm - 8:45pm (Fight Fit - circuits/bag-blast etc)
Fri: 6:00pm - 7:30pm - (Fight drills & conditioning)
Sun: 11:00am - 12:00pm (LMT Jnrs, 5-11yrs)
Sun: 12:00pm - 13:00pm (LMT Coaches Training)

It always happens when I'm ready to start on the next project that a big load of orders come haha... it's all good and I'm always grateful.
