🍎 30 day Nutrition Challenge 🍎
It’s back! After our best engagement yet in May, we’re bringing back our 30 day nutrtion challenge for its final run this year!
We‘ve seen amazing results in our previous challenges (swipe to see ⏩️) so make sure your sign up to be one if the limited number of people to work with Coach Sara.

The challenge is 30 days of commitment to clean eating, consistent training, and healthy lifestyle habits.
All the tasks involved are achievable on their own, but together they become a challenge that will give you a real boost towards your goals.
The Nutrition Challenge goals include 30 days trying to maintain:
🥦 No alcohol
🥦 No sugar
🥦 No processed foods
🥦 No foods made with white flour (bread, cakes, biscuits etc)
🥦 No hydrogenated or vegetable fats
🥦 Drink 2L (plain) water a day
🥦 10k steps a day (12k on weekends)
🥦 5x training sessions per week (these don’t have to take place at Movement Labs!)
We’re not expecting everyone to turn into zen monks here 🧘♂️- the goal will be to sustain as many days out of the 30 maintaining these habits, and of course the more days you can hit, the better results you’ll get!
Accountability will be the key to your success in this challenge, and so daily tracking will take place via a communal spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group. By cheering each other on as a community, and having access to Coach Sara for support and guidance, the challenge will give you that push to build some healthy habits to help you look, feel and perform at your best!
