6 weeks of consistency. 6 weeks of progress. 💪
Omi came into our Foundation Programme looking to get stronger, improve her fitness and build confidence in the gym.
In just 6 weeks:
✅ Muscle mass increased from 39.1kg to 40.3kg
✅ Body fat reduced from 29.6% to 26.4%
✅ Squat progressed from bodyweight/bar work to 40kg x 3 reps
✅ Bench press increased from 22kg to 30kg x 3 reps
✅ Deadlift increased from 10kg to 40kg x 5 reps
The numbers are impressive, but what we’re most proud of is the consistency, effort and confidence built along the way.
