This Saturday the 12th of April Stacey - From fear to finish - will be swimming a mile for charity after leaning to swim from scratch in the icy open water. Stacey has overcome many fears during her training. The atmosphere will be electric when she completes her goal!

Location - Spring Valley Lakes Glyneath
Arrival time - 11.30am
Swim start - 12.00pm

There will be a cake stall, food van and bouncy castle at Spring Valley Lakes during the event. Please ensure you bring loose change for your child to bounce 🏰

If you cannot attend on the day please donate as little as £1 towards Stacey’s target for Joseph’s smile 🩵

An introduction to open water with Swim Zone!

Date & time - March 15th 15:00
Venue - North Dock Llanelli

🏊‍♀️ During this session you will learn all of the tools required to manage the cold water by teaching your mind and body to be more resilient. Caris has the ability to enable you to overcome your fears if you have any.

🏊‍♂️ We will also cover how to breathe effectively and efficiently to ensure you have an enjoyable, safe and fun experience.
