6 stone down and counting for Vikki!
It’s amazing how far she’s come, and the weight loss is only part of the story. Along the way, I’ve seen a huge change in her. Vikki used to dislike training, but now she’s enjoying it more than ever and smashing out more sessions than she ever thought she would.
She’s been doing a mix of weights, steps, and cardio. We train together in person, and I also give her extra workouts to complete on her own through my app. That balance has helped her build confidence and consistency both inside and outside of our sessions.
Her nutrition has also completely transformed. Vikki is making better choices and eating healthier than ever before. In her own words, she’s “never eaten so much green in her life!” 🌱
One of the biggest wins has been seeing her confidence grow. Training through the app has given her the knowledge and self-belief to work out on her own as well as with me. That’s always the goal: not just results, but building long-term confidence and independence in the gym.
Massive well done, Vikki. You’ve done incredibly well so far, and I’m excited to see your journey continue!
