6 stone down and counting for Vikki!

It’s amazing how far she’s come, and the weight loss is only part of the story. Along the way, I’ve seen a huge change in her. Vikki used to dislike training, but now she’s enjoying it more than ever and smashing out more sessions than she ever thought she would.

She’s been doing a mix of weights, steps, and cardio. We train together in person, and I also give her extra workouts to complete on her own through my app. That balance has helped her build confidence and consistency both inside and outside of our sessions.

Her nutrition has also completely transformed. Vikki is making better choices and eating healthier than ever before. In her own words, she’s “never eaten so much green in her life!” 🌱

One of the biggest wins has been seeing her confidence grow. Training through the app has given her the knowledge and self-belief to work out on her own as well as with me. That’s always the goal: not just results, but building long-term confidence and independence in the gym.

Massive well done, Vikki. You’ve done incredibly well so far, and I’m excited to see your journey continue!

We started completely from scratch after his surgery and built a plan with one clear goal: getting him photoshoot ready.

The discipline and consistency he’s shown (including saying no to the Freddos!) is incredible. To go from where he was to where he is now is no small feat.

MUM. MANAGER. MACHINE. 🖤
Meet Emily. A busy professional. A devoted mum. And now someone who has transformed her body, mindset, and lifestyle.

She didn’t have extra time or perfect conditions.
What she had was commitment, structure, and the drive to make a change.

Her goals weren’t about quick fixes or extreme routines.
They were about feeling better, getting stronger, and showing up as the best version of herself in the office and at home.

No fad diets.
No training six days a week.
Just a smart plan, consistency, and the right support.

It wasn’t always easy but she proved that you don’t need more time.
You need a structure that works with your life.

Now she’s leaner, fitter, and more confident than ever.

Sue’s Journey So Far ⭐️

Since the end of January, Sue has lost an incredible 5 stone 6 pounds! But that’s just part of her story.

When we first talked, she shared her struggles with different diets and workouts that just weren’t sustainable. Together, we created a training and nutrition plan that was flexible and realistic for the long term.

Sue has been so consistent, putting in serious effort each session. Her hard work shows what’s possible with dedication and a solid, sustainable plan.

People in the gym even notice her amazing progress and commitment!

Holiday Prep Complete ☑️

So proud of Morgan, 6-7 months of focused nutrition and training after having his hernia operation earlier this year. He’s done all the cardio, followed the meal plans, and completed all the training I’ve set for him. The result is outstanding. Achieving this level of success is no easy task—it requires a lot of discipline with both food and training. It hasn’t been easy at all, but Morgan put his head down and worked his socks off to get here by following the advice I provided.

We don’t rise to the standards we set when others are watching; we fall to the standards we have when no one is.

After the holiday, we’ll move on to a building phase, increasing food intake and strength training with the aim of adding more muscle tissue. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can build in the winter months.

Thanks for all your hard work, Morgan, and enjoy your holiday!

Online Client Spotlight 💡

Shoutout to online client, , who has achieved an incredible transformation.

He’s lost 4.5 stone, but that’s just part of the story. He has also made remarkable gains in strength and fitness.

We focused heavily on nutrition with Danny, emphasizing protein intake and properly fueling his workouts. Given his very active job, ensuring he was adequately fueled for both cardio and weight sessions was essential.

Danny consistently completes all his sessions (often with the help of ) and has remained committed to his cardio routines.

In the past six months, he has successfully completed two running events: the Brisco 10K and the Snowdonia 10K Trail Run 🏃🏻‍♂️👏🏻👏🏻.

🌟 Halfway There! 🌟

Ian has achieved an incredible loss of 8 stone 2 lbs in just 7 months of working with me! 🎉 His commitment to cardio, weights and nutrition is unwavering, making steady progress every week. 💪🍏

But the weight loss is just part of the story. Ian has made massive strides in his health, fitness, mindset, and strength. We’re just over halfway to his goal weight, and I’m absolutely thrilled with his progress. The changes he’s made are truly life-changing.

I can’t wait to see Ian continue to improve in the coming months. Well done, Ian – you’re one of the hardest workers and nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of working with!

Post-surgery comeback for Morgan!

He has absolutely nailed the training plan and followed the nutrition plan to the letter. The changes in his body fat and muscle mass are clear evidence of what can be achieved with great nutrition and training.

After taking some time off to recover from surgery, he managed to build muscle and drop body fat simultaneously, without significantly changing his scale weight.

He has worked really hard over the last 12 weeks to achieve this by completing all his cardio, weights, and nutrition goals.

A great example of what can be achieved by sticking to a plan and working hard.

I’m very lucky to have clients like Morgan and everyone else who come in and work so hard on training and nutrition.

Well done, mate! I hope you’re as delighted with the end result as I am. Great job on all your hard work.

Onto the next phase! 💪🏻
