β¨ She didn't want perfection. She wanted progress.
This journey wasn't about strict diets, endless hours in the gym, or giving up everything she enjoys.
Over the last 10 months, she completed 3 x 360 Body Plans while living a normal life. There were holidays, Christmas treats, Easter chocolate, meals out and all the ups and downs that come with real life.
