Hands up, who's been enjoying the lovely warm weather we've been having this bank hol?! 🙌😎

As the temp starts to rise, please make sure that you're drinking enough water (and yes I mean WATER not pepsi! 😉) to stay feeling your best, especially during classes!

We have a kitchen available for you to refill your water bottle, and don't worry if you've forgotten one as we have plastic cups available at the studio too 💧

✨ IMPORTANT DATES ✨

With another bank holiday on the way, it's a good time to let everyone know that classes & privates will be running as normal on MONDAY 25TH MAY 😊

It will also be business as usual that week, however I will be away from FRIDAY 29TH MAY - MONDAY 1ST JUNE (1st wedding anniversary 🥰). Classes will be back on from 4th June

I've adjusted the schedule online so the affected classes can not be booked, if you have any further questions please get in touch! 😊

I run several aerial hoop classes for different levels! My beginners aerial hoop classes on Thursdays at 7pm, my intermediate class runs on Fridays at 6:30pm and my mixed level class runs on Fridays at 7:30pm ⭕

- Adult sizes only from sizes 6 to 16

💜 Zip Hoodie
- New full length zip up hoodie with the logo embroidered on the front and also printed in large on the back with the option to have your name underneath. Can choose the colour of your hoodie and print you'd like to make it unique to you 😊
