Tonight we came together to support a special family the USHER family. If you are lucky enough to know them, you’ll know how kind caring and loving they are.

Tonight was about honouring their wonderful daughter and sister, who sadly gained her angel wings exactly 10 years ago today. You’ve all been in our thoughts, not just today but everyday!

Your memories of Jamie-Leigh will live on forever, she will always be part of S19. Thank you for sharing some of your treasured memories. I’m sure Jamie-Leigh would have gave us a run for our money in classes🤣🤣

Happy Heavenly Birthday Alan 💫

Studio 19 Liverpool was founded in 2019 in memory of my wonderful uncle Alan, just 12 months after the unexpected loss. Through one of the hardest times in my life, I wanted to create something positive — a safe space where young people could express themselves, feel supported, and use dance as an outlet for their emotions and struggles.

I never imagined how much Studio 19 would grow, especially through the challenges we faced during the pandemic. What started as an idea built from grief has now become a family. We now run around 40 weekly classes with an amazing team of staff and assistants, but the thing I’m most proud of is the community we’ve created.

S19 has become a safe haven not only for our dancers, but for parents too. A place where everyone supports one another, celebrates each other, and genuinely cares — no matter whose child they are.

Everything Studio 19 is today carries a piece of him with it. It’s more than just a number, number 19 ✨🤍🖤🤍🖤

This award goes to the teacher who goes above and beyond for every single dancer, thank you for your kindness, patience, support, and endless encouragement. You don’t just teach dance steps, you build confidence, create safe spaces, inspire, and make every dancer feel valued.

Your care never goes unnoticed, and the love you pour into your dancers shines both on and off the stage. A truly deserving Dance Teacher of the Year goes to our wonderful Miss Lily ✨🤍🖤🤍🖤

We took a step back from working on our stronger skills in advanced acro. We had the challenge of trying everything on the opposite side. The side we always forget about. Here is a video of the reality of trying to film some skills. Maybe in a few weeks we will look back and our advanced girls will see a huge difference. But for now, sit back and enjoy!
